It was a beautiful day for golf at Cotton Valley Golf Course on Friday, May 15th. Many thanks go out to Chris Wooten of Jersey Mike’s Subs as the major sponsor of the tournament. Eighteen (18) teams participated in two (2) divisions. The First Flight with nine (9) teams was won by Tidewater Mortgage Service with a score of 56 and the 2nd place team was Joe Kim with a score of 56. The Senior Flight also with nine (9) teams was won by Kent Construction with a score of 56 and the 2nd place team was Welcome to Tarboro Magazine #1 with a score of 57. Longest drive was won by Blaine Dawes and closest to the pin was won by Kip Anderson. Congratulations to Kenny Joyner who had a hole-in-one during the tournament.
